If you use both the quick tracker and the regular fitness tracker the same thing happens for the SparkAmerica minutes, so that is why I do not use the fitness quick tracker.

Possibly you could do 20 minutes of a fairly easy exercise, to make up for it.

I have noticed that once you are given credit for the points, they can not be removed. I try to allow for that in next entry

I do not know how to do that, I have done that posting food, but I eat more than 5 points worth daily, so never felt dishonest....maybe you could go to the HELP section and post your question?

Somehow I accidentally posted my 3 mile walk this morning twice. Well, sparkpoints gave me 20 points and it should only be 10. I deleted the exercise but it's still showing on Sparkpoints. Does anyone know how to delete this? I feel dishonest keeping it there.
