Tracking and living the healthy habits in the SparkTeam challenges has been key in finally being able to leave Obesity (class one) and move into the "overweight" category. My next goal is to make Onderland. For me, it's all about the baby steps; one step at a time.

Will pray that things work out for you during this transition period. Change can be daunting even when you want it. Take care of yourself.

Janet sorry to hear that Joseph's injury is pemanent but now you can get things settled and he can learn ways to deal with permanent injury. And Carole praying for Dwight! I know how difficult it is to go 6 weeks in a cast for the right arm!

I am adjusting to a different lifestyle. Kevin and I have separated and I will be moving into an apartment of my own as soon as the right one opens up. I am praying that I can let go of hurts and the past and move on with grace. Please help me pray. This was not an easy decision and regardless as to what some believe this has been prayed about for a long time and God finally gave me the answer. Please pray that things will open up for me apartment wise soon so I can move on and we can all get on with our lives.

Please share your prayer needs, updates, and praises . . .

10/29 - Update on Joseph....re the car accident in June 2015: Joseph attended his chronic pain appointment on Friday. The consultant was honest and said it's a life time injury now... Not the best news but after almost 2 1/2yrs about what we expected. He has to see the neurologist on Dec 11th and hopefully that will be the last assessment and the solicitors will then be able to wrap the case up.

10/31 - Dwight fell down in our yard and fractured a couple of bones in his hand. Thankfully this won't require surgery, but six weeks is a long time without the use of his right hand. Prayers for healing - and patience - are much appreciated.

By his perfect life, Jesus fulfilled the commands of the law.
By his death, He satisfied the demands of sin.

"Think often on God, by day, by night, in your business and even in your diversions. He is always near you and with you; leave him not alone."
