So glad to hear from you, Angie! Please know that you have been missed. I hope that your doctor's recommendations continue to help. I would also think that the weather and shorter daylight hours also contribute, but that will soon change.

It was fun keeping up with you through your pregnancy and even before. I looked through your pictures and have to say that Pepper is a doll! Has she stolen everyone's heart? Praying for you and hope to hear from you often, Angie.

So glad to see you hear. I have been a pretty dismal sparker until the past month for quite a while. I remember Pepper coming in to the world.
Have a great week.

Good to see you posting on the team again Angie...I missed you doing the weekly weigh in too.
Ah the thyroid...that can be a tricky one to control...mine goes out of sync now and again too and I soon know all about it.
Praying you're now on an upwards again and getting back to your usual chatty self that I know from fb.

Glad you checked in and sorry to hear about your issues that seem to be on their way to resolution/! Spring is coming!

Hard to believe that Pepper is 3! I do remember your updates, even on the pregnancy! Hope you'll keep us up to date. Saying a prayer for you this morning.

Blessings today,

Ever since November I've been having issues with feeling really tired and having zero motivation. It got worse the end of Dec. I figured it was partly weather and maybe my thyroid as I hadn't had my levels checked in awhile. Around the week of Jan 20th I missed doing the exercises for the NEW You bootcamp. Now that may not sound like much but I was going for a streak of 1,000. I made it to 996. I was so devastated I stopped exercising and eventually stopped logging in to SP.
I did get in to see my thyroid doctor after a bunch of rigmarole. Then another week to get the lab results. I am now trying his recommendation and after 2 weeks I feel slightly better, but this dang weather really isn't helping. Today it's supposed to get up to around 10F , but w/the wind that'll make it about -18. The boys had a 2 hour delay b/c it was so cold this morning - about -26F. This is more like Jan than Feb to me. I could use a few warm(at least 20F), sunny days. Hoping to get back to exercising since I have about 15 lbs to lose - something else that's a bit depressing since I can only fit somewhat comfortably into one pair of jeans and I'm not really a yoga pants type person, unless I'm staying home for the day.
Pepper will be 3 in 3 weeks. I know some of you remember me posting every once in awhile the different milestones she was reaching. Well she walks, talks, runs, screams, throws tantrums, fights w/her brothers and insists she do it herself. The way most 2 year-olds act I suppose. We are working on the 2nd week of being in undies and having much success during the day. Night will probably come pretty soon as she wakes up dry or mostly dry most mornings.
So that's where I've been lately. I just read Chris' blog post Like a Girl and what he said made me log in and I figured while I was here I'd update you. This is one group that has always been there to encourage me so I didn't want you to worry.

Trying to get back to my maintenance weight range of 145-150.
