I finished the couch to 5k and I continued to run after I finished because I loved it SO much. When I say run though I mean on the eliptical. There is NO WAY I'm running in my neighborhood with all the strange things that have happened with criminal activity lately around here. So I "run" on the eliptical on the carport for the specified minutes on the program. I loved it so much I added about 2 weeks to get up to 40 minutes. I got sick though and had to stop. I want to start up again but my agoraphobia has worsened and I've gone soft SO I'm adding 3 weeks at the beginning with teensy baby steps. This week I'm going to run for 15 seconds and "walk" (I honestly just have a seat and drink my water I know that's bad but I can't help it there's no where to walk) for 30 seconds and alternate for just 5 minutes. I know that's a really really small start but I'm also kind of afraid to be outside by myself and winded for a long time right now. Next week I'm going to do this same thing but go for 10 minutes. The next week after that I'm going to run for 30 seconds and wait for a minute and alternate for 15 minutes. Then I'll start the program as usual. I plan to start this in about a half an hour. I'll call these three weeks I've added agoraphobic to couch lol
