I have 1 response to 6 different situations! So now I am trying to learn the difference, so my response can make more sense. For example, when I am sleepy, I should go to bed! Yes, for me a walk takes care of stress better than eating, and I agree, you don't really enjoy food eaten as food-instead-of-feeling. But I only notice that after the cookies are eaten!
