Asalaamu alaykum.
Had a moderate emotional eating episode just now. Bowl of popcorn. Bread with peanut butter and 4 spoonfuls of chocolate icing. Trying Not to let it ruin my day. It is only 130am here. Let me rephrase that.....I WILL NOT LET IT RUIN MY DAY! There now I feel more empowered. LoL.

My husband ordered this pizza andfor his toppings he asked for chicken, ground beef, beef pepperoni and extra cheese. I told him that was just too much stuff on a pizza, it was ridiculous! I ordered a salad, but when he turned his back I ate not one but, emoticon emoticon !

Needless to say I went over my calories for the day!

okay, here goes:
today i was dividing up chocolate candy (the good kind) for my kids' classes for school. i put the extra away, then i decided to have just 2 fun size twix and later 1 fun size snickers (roughly about 300 calories). which ended up being my lunch. then i ate 2 more which ended up being half of my dinner. what's wrong with me, i couldn't stop! now i'm starving since i didn't really eat real food today, but i refuse to eat anything after that damage.

my friend brought over her homemade chocolate cheesecake today. holy moly. i nearly died when i tasted it, so creamy, so smooth, chocolately cheesecake. i told her she is messing me up, especially when the scale was very good to me this morning. holy moly.
the good part of this confession is, i must say, i took 3 tiny tiny bites and spanned them out and that was it! i gave the rest to my mom and my kids!!

a small handfull of almonds.

Dinner:
1/2 of a 6" tuna sub from subway, and some leftover PB&J sandwich from my kid's lunch!

hmmmm, i'm thinking of signing up for the 10K race. i did it 2 or 3 years ago. i am the exact same weight when i started the training back then. i figure, if i train for it, it'll be an extra incentive to get my behind out of the door and just run outside.
