At home when I have the time I will have a bowl of soup. It takes a long time to eat, so it seems like more of a snack than a couple of crackers for the same amount of calories and with many more nutrients.
If I am not at home I will try to pack a piece of fruit to snack on - apples travel well. Fruit satisfies my sweet tooth and is relatively low-cal.

What are you all eating?

I'm looking for ideas for low-cal snacks (under 150 cals) that are good and satisfying, not making me full, but making me feel not hungry.

What kinds of food are you using in your diet plan?

Any recipes or snack ideas you'd like to share?
