While you're welcome to post your daily exercise, the original purpose of the thread is more than just exercise. It would be great if you would also take a look at the percentage pies on the Nutrition Tracker, and post your daily record of them as well. That way we can go beyond just the basics - how about it?!

Well I just off of the treadmill. I walked 1 mile in 26 mins!!!!!!
I am so excited because just last week i was walking 3/4 mile in 21 mins so I am doing better!

(only fruit & vegetables w/some soy milk)
I need to kickstart my weightloss before 1/1/08.
I went from 192 lbs to 199 lbs the week of Christmas.
~~ sobbing ~~

953 cal
83% carbs
12% protein
5% fat
32 gr fiber
2400 mg sodium
10 glasses water
+ vegetable juice
+ herbal tea

45 min strength & flexibility
2hrs 15' riding my bike @ 16 mph
2300 cal from cardio

There are two "percentage pies": one totals your food for the day (not by the meal), dividing it into Protein, Fat and Carbohydrates. The second pie is a standard, the recommended amounts. They are located on the Nutrition page, down by Today's Nutrition Notes - click on the link "See Today's Full Report" and they are at the bottom of that page.

How about this?
You don't have to list sodium, fiber, water, et al, unless you want to.
You CAN list any statistics you wish to, as you work for those goals.
The pie percentages are our basic goal - keeping them in line with the standard.
Also, the exercise records: how many minutes you exercised, what you did, and total calories from exercise according to SparkPeople.

Mine for Christmas Day:
Calories: 2,656
Protein: 14.2%
Fat: 24%
Carbs: 61.7%
Exercise: 45 minutes stretching & movement (0 cals)

Fiber: 41 grams
Fruit: 2 cups raw
Veggies: 4-1/2 cups raw

I have a question, the Carbs, protein, gr fat, fiber, and sodium, is all of this by the day? or by the meal?
I will start on Jan 1st, I just hope I remember!

Please log here how many minutes you exercised, what you did, and total calories from exercise according to SparkPeople

Also log your calories from nutrition and your nutrition pie (% from carbs, protein and fat)

That way we can see how everything balances out.
