Woa...it's been too long. I've found a chiropractor in the area that also does energy work so I've been able to get my chakras realigned on a more regular basis. If I could sit down and focus on any one thing long enough, I might be able to better develop a sort of routine to keep them in balance. In the meantime, I'm ricochetting all over the place.....

Not to worry... Thanks for the link. I'll check it out. I found a couple books that look promising/interesting. Hopefully I'll have time to go through them this weekend...
Talk to ya soon!

Hi Kim,

Sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you; but, I really wasn't sure how I was going to answer this loaded question ... lol.
Basically, it's about concentration and meditation on each Chakra.
Or you can focus on one, if you feel that you're having an issue with one particular area.
I, typically, like to run through them all.

How it came about for me was, I checked out a couple of books from the library and took pages of notes ... I use those notes to this day.
I have to confess, it has been a while, a couple of months, since I've focused on it.
I usually go through phases of focusing on my Chakras. "On again, off again" thing.
I do have that "Team Goal" in my "Other Goals" page and you'll see me checking it when I really do it ... lol.

Anyway, I decided that the above video link is similar to what I think when I do it.

I hope it helps you.
There are lots of videos on You Tube about it and also you might want to try the library; that's how I got started, years ago.

I hope you're having an awesome / balanced day my friend ... :-)

I noticed that one of the team goals is balancing chakras daily. I know mine are all out of alignment. Does anyone have a good reference or instructions on how to balance them?
Thanks! Kim
