A good way to get motivated is by taking alot of photos.

I went on a retreat this past Friday and Saturday. I was in quite a few photos. I wanted to cry. I had not realized how much weight I had gained.

So, starting today, I am not allowing myself go to bed unless having completed some form of activity.

Always eat fresh or frozen veggies and fruits. Walk as much as possible. Keep a journal of your food intake. Cook from scratch so you will know what is in your foods.

Keep on track

Always park as far from the door of the mall as you can
When you talk on your cell phone, walk
Use the stairs rather than the elevator
Dance while you listen to your favorite song
At least one salad per day
Never go longer than 4 hours without eating
