I am bummed the gym was closed today. I mean I totally understand, don't get me wrong, but...I am missing my Group X classes today.

Going to the gym is a lot of fun.

There are so many things you can do that can make you feel great.

This morning I did spinning class and ab core class and I felt accomplished and content that I signed up for the following week monday morning (same class)

and in the afternoon my daughter wanted to go to the gym at the kids club so I was obligated to go, and I walked on the treadmill on incline at 15% for 30 mins.

Not literally 15% all 30 mins.... but I slowly increased it as I increased the speed.

I'll be working with the weights then swimming; that's what I always do. stairs or Jacobs ladder, jump roap...30 minutes cardio; 45 minutes weights and 60 minutes water aerobics.
(you'd think I'd be thin, but...)

I went to my weekly Zumba class. I can never get enough of it :).

You can have RESULTS or EXCUSES... not both!

Yesterday I walked on the treadmill for 38 minutes (training for the 5k walk) and then did my strength training on the machines. I also did some stretching. I am going to start working with the free weights more. emoticon

Been away for a bit....but will try to start tracking again.

Yesterday (Friday):
~ Biked to gym (12 miles)
~ Rowing machine (45 minutes)

Did not bike back...wifey met me at gym and we loaded the bike in the car!

I need to get back into strength training, but I'm loving the 15 min cardio routine I've been doing for three weeks: 15 min stair master, level 7, 15 min treadmill with a 2 min run at the back end before the cool down, 15 min elliptical and finish up with 15 min on the bike. It's not boring, it burns alot of calories, I sweat a ton and I don't get bored. Wish I had done this all along! I do this 2-3x a week.

I got to the gym late, so I got 15 minutes of rowing in, then I did Zumba. My legs were feeling it after walking on the treadmill yesterday with 6 90 second sprints, so I gave myself permission to take it easy, so I went home and did 50 minutes of aerobics to get in my 12000 steps.

I've burned over 3600 calories at least 3 days in a row!

I jus tgot the emails....Yeah new team leader Tasha! thanks for taking this on.

Gym today...in about an hour an a half....personal training day. I hear it's all legs today! 60 mind numbing minutes of leg torture...wohooo :-)

Love the new team logo! Breath of fresh air!!
I'm trying something new for me: 15 min stair master, 15 min treadmill, 15 min stationary elliptical (the arms don't move) and 15 min low rider stationary bike followed by some stretches/crunches. It's breaking up my routine of just using the treadmill on different settings for my cardio workouts 2-3x a week.

Today I did a 10 minute warm up on the treadmill, then did some strength training, then back to the treadmill for 45 minutes. Had a great workout today!! emoticon emoticon
