I really enjoy Ashlee Simpson's "Get Out of My Head", Adam Lambert- "If I Had You", Lady Gaga/Beyonce - Telephone, and any of the mash-ups from Glee :D

LOL - guess I should update this now that I do actually have that iPhone. :) My work out play list (I named it my "sexy playlist") includes Pink, Christina Aguilerra, some old-school Janet Jackson, Katy Perry (Firework makes me think of my spark friends every time I hear it), a bunch of Kid Rock, Sean Paul, Shakira, PussyCat Dolls, Danity Kane, Buck Cherry, some En Vogue (Free Your Mind!), Rob Zombi, Marilyn Manson, NIN, some Bollywood tunes from my Zumba class...it's quite the eclectic mix.

I would have to say ANYTHING by Crystal Method. Their "Vegas" album is amazing! ATB is also another one of my FAVORITE workout groups. Metallica stilll rocks it hard as well. :-)

Any Flo Rida gets me moving, but I also love Christina Aguilera - Not Myself Tonight, Ke$ha - Blow & Sleazy, Katy Perry - Peacock, and Adam Lambert - If I had You.

I noticed the mention of Tiesto when I was looking over the group forum, and now I have 'Feel It In My Bones' in my head... the song he did with Tegan and Sara... I know my hubby bought it on his computer, but it's not on mine and now I have to go searching for it! I like to listen to rock/alternative music in general, so I try to find some with a good fast beat if I'm walking or something, but my usual cardio is DDR, so I'm pretty much stuck with the music that is on the game, which is dance music... some of it japanese, which can be pretty amusing.

I'm such a luddite - I have no mp3 player (yet - the friend who has us on his phone plan is upgrading to the new iPhone next week and will be sending me his - W00T!), so it's whatever happens to be playing in my head at the time. I find Rob Zombie gets me moving faster on my walks. :) Otherwise, Jillian's voice on the 30 Day Shred DVD does it for me. *grins*

honestly I work out to whatever music I'm in the mood to listen to... lately it's been either Glee or Natasha Bedingfield!

We have to know that sometimes people will let us down. Caring about others and loving others takes risk and probably more than we have in us most of the time. But I think the more we put out there, we'll have something returned greater than we could have imagined.

How could I work my ass out to anything else but pop music. I don't care if I am totally uncool, I'm used to it!

It depends what I am doing. If I am walking I like my mp3 player full of EVERYTHING I like, but it's usually Infected Mushroom, Smashmouth, Floater, Jack Johnson Frank Sinatra and Pendulum that I skip to. If I am dancing or working out inside, it MUST be jungle...Jungle Sound Gold Pendulum remixes of AWESOME! lol See...now I have to go turn on the music.

Maybe I'm a totally cliche, but I love to listen to Lady Gaga, Mika, and Beyonce to get me in the right rhythm for cardio. Otherwise I listen to my alternative mixes.

Who knew Nike could help me out? Their latest Olympics commercial has the song "Ali in the Jungle" by the Hours and man does it get me going.

I find that it depends on my mood. If I really need to get angry out rock music like Green Day's "American Idiot". If I need to feel motivated, "I'm Every Woman" by Chaka Khan. Woo hoo, I feel like getting going right now.

I like slowish songs to warm up, then faster as I get going, then a slow one for cooling down. I tend to listen to different types of rock, R & B, and techno when I work out. Got to have the iPod cranked up when I go for walks, too!

For me, too, definitely a change in tone from doing yoga to working out.

For yoga, love Omar Faruk Tekbilek ... I also have some compilation cds of just ambient music.

Working out, I like experimental/underground hip hop and rap or alternative. Handsome Boy Modelling School, Colossus, MF Doom for the former; things like Lily Allen, The Bird and the Bee, Franz Ferdinand, the Strokes for the latter.

I've got tons of songs on my iPod that help me... especially on the days that I jog. I just recently found the free podrunner downloads on itunes. Whew, those mixes keep my feet moving to that beat. Very helpful!

Gotta have Enya when I do my flow yoga.

Anything techno or electronica for the cardio...
Tiesto or Paul Oakenfold are just of couple of my favorites ...

& Anything with a strong bass beat (other than rap) for my strength training (makes it easier for me to keep count of my reps! LOL!)
