I like 100% Whey & Oats (the oats add carbs to the protein shake). What I like about it -- it is all natural - no added artificial flavors, colors or sweetners. They also have 100% Whey vanilla and chocolate that are all natural, but you have to read the labels as not all of their products are all natural.
Vega One -- I did read the label a while back as I was thinking of going vegan. If you are vegan, it is worth the money (as I recall, it is very expensive when compared to the whey protein powders). The protein count is also is not as high as whey - I beleive it is 10-15g protein compared with 25g of protein for the whey. Also, not sure if it is a meal replacement - not sure why it wouldn't be - could just be legal mumble-jumble.
