One step I need to incorporate once again is strength training. Using only 5 lb weights for 15 min of circuits 3 times a week made an enormous difference last spring: why did I stop?!

I used plan in this great article by Good Housekeeping called Drop a Dress Size in 6 Weeks. You can access it here:

All of the circuits can be logged into the Sparks plan, although sometimes the names are a bit different. It's a great routine, consider giving it a try!
