134.2 It is amazing to me; sometimes it even seems surreal when I look down at the scale. It took so long and the last time I was 134 was when my now-16 yr old daughter was a baby and toddler.

Oops! been forgetting to record my weigh-ins here. They were 140.2 then 138.8 and today, unbelievable to my eyes I saw 135.6! A friend put their arm around my waist the other day and asked if I was losing weight, as have both the neighbors. emoticon I've worked so-o long on this and thankful that I never gave up, most especially during the seemingly 2 YEAR plateau.

139.4 It's like a miracle; there were times I seriously started to wonder if I'd ever make it this far. Not that many months ago, I had said that if I reached 140 I'd be happy. Well, I was very happy to reach 140 but... Yes, but. But, the ideal for my height and whatnot is 129 and... And I seem to be inbetween sizes, yikes! can't have that so onward I go to get off the last 10 pounds.

I am doing bio identical hormones and not happy with the weight that is going on..... but think it is still better than the regular stuff and no matter what I has to have something the night sweats and hot flashes are too bad to not do something.

As of today I am actually down 1/2 pound but I am still within my range so I don't care LOL I have given myself a 5 pound range no matter what will never let it get out of control again. Still moving it -- 148 today. emoticon

I'm done junking out. I've been really bad the last 8 days (ever since dd got home). She brought me my favorite snacks from back east. I'm not blaming her; I'd have been devastated if she hadn't but they're all eaten up, no guilt, just moving forward.

It is amazing to me to see how my body reacts to that stuff though. Even though the calories didn't put me over the limit, just eating processed foods like that makes me hold on to water in my gut. Affects the kidneys, too. (low urine output, sorry if that's TMI)

Hoping the temp will get back down to 100° before it's dark. I really need a long walk (with a little run) -- getting cabin fever.

Well, eating out twice yesterday (was not the plan!) affected the scale this morning; hopefully it will look better tomorrow. Today's weigh-in was 148.8 so it's still a slight loss.

Oops! forgot I weighed in a day early today because it is my birthay and I've spent the last 10 months or so trying to get back to that weight. 152.8 Well, I made it ... at least within 0.3 lbs, lol, close enough for me!

Okay, this is also the halfway mark to my goal and no more gaining!!

Things have been really crazy for me with all the remodeling we are doing on our house!! In fact I am ready to either tear my hair out or Kill Hubby emoticon Since this is really his remodel...I also know that in the end it will be awesome, but in between it is hard and being on line is even harder some days. I finally got them to run a cable all the way out to my dinning room where I go my computer set up. So you all keep on Rocking just the way you and know that I am around always in spirit!!!!! And I am keeping my lost! Have no clue how but am emoticon

Ohh boy I so hate thinking about how heavy I really was and I am not even going to go where I was with my pregnancies, since for me that would have been lighter than I was a year ago. But that is the point it is all about now and not then or BEFORE....It is about where we want and WILL be. Yep, and my age is clearly showing in my middle. LOL, in fact, I'd say my middle section is showing my age!

I'm back down to 154.2 today. That 154 is always such a crucial number for me, since it's the weight I was at the end of each of my 4 pregnancies. Naturally, I don't want to weigh more than when I was 9 months pregnant!

One day at a time. emoticon I know, easy to say. I've wondered about that, too, because I have had to fight to KEEP off every pound that I've lost. I'd like to think it won't be a battle forever.

I'm curious though: how often do you weigh? do you feel like you have to work to get that 1 lb back off or does it seem to go on its own?

My weigh-in this Wednesday was 154.8. It turns out that week's gain had nothing to do with TOM. I'm puzzled but at least the uncomfortable bloat has gone.

Well had to take my Dad (83 years old) Thursday to Gateway ER and he has been in the hospital every since, might get to go home tomorrow? So when I weighted in on Friday I was thrilled that I had not gained, once again I stayed the same, not bad but dang it where is even just a half of a pound I am busting my butt trying emoticon at least I think I am emoticon

Well actually it was Thursday...I have been so dang sick it is not even funny, could not function at all so went to the GP Doc 134.5. But go for the offical weight in on this Friday so will let you all know.

Today's weigh-in was 159.2.

A little question for you all as I was wondering: am I the only one who talks to the scale? The other day when I weighed in I was so surprised to see the number that I responded with a loudened voice, "That's not true!". LOL, and y'know what, it wasn't. I had to stand on the scale again for a correct reading. Sometimes I wish I didn't have a digital scale, the old models didn't play around with my emotions so much. emoticon
