I am on Lantus & Novolog but was once on the pump. I purchase the large box of fiber one bars at Costco and eat one before I get on the treadmill for 60 minutes. I have not run low yet. 30 carb grams per serving can save a diabetic.

Final weight goal of 140 pounds & maintain my fitness with excellent blood sugar management.

Are you on a pump? That makes a difference too -when I exercise I have to do a temp basal.

Before I do 60 minutes of treadmill hill option, I eat a Fiber One bar that has 32 grams of carbs so I don't experience hypoglycemia.....
