I'm too shy to post my actual weight, but in looking at my ticker, I've come to the sober realization that back in February I made the decision to lose the last 30 pounds to my goal; sadly today's weigh-in showed me I've been floundering in that area...

So, new week, new Spark Team accountability, new attitude! I've successfully lost about 60 pounds in the last two years, so it's TIME to get the journey over with and live in the body I want to be in.

I'm switching my weigh-ins to Mondays, which hopefully will make the weekends more meaningful.

I weigh on Friday mornings but I'm thinking Monday mornings might help me be more accountable over the weekend, when I find it most difficult to stay on plan.

We weigh in every Saturday morning so Iíll be back then with my weight!
