I feel for you. I have been there. I hope that you are doing better. I know that it can take up to at least a day to feel human again. I've noticed too, that with kids, I feel a little guilty that Mom is not on her A-game- Don't feel guilty. I know too that my life and diabetes is so much more in control with my pump, but an episode like this is still scary. Someday we will have all the kinks worked out...someday they will cure Type 1. I know it. Hang in there. Be strong!

Sorry you didn't feel way. What is the saying? "The best laid plans sometimes go awry." You'll be back on top tomorrow. I've been diabetic for 18 years and have never used a pump, but I'm sure so many of us can relate to the frustration with those BG's! Feel better!

Confidence comes from not always being right - but not fearing to be wrong.

The only one who can limit your possibilities is you.

HOPE: Holding On, Praying Earnestly.

A bad attitude is like a flat tire. If you don't change it, you'll never go anywhere.

Do not go where the path may lead. Go instead where there is no path and leave a trail ...

I can sympathize. This was just a freak thing (running out of insulin), wasn't it? You'll be back on track soon. I hate that you didn't feel very good today. On the positive side, LOOK AT HOW MUCH WEIGHT YOU HAVE LOST! Congratulations!

I have been diabetic for 27 years Diagnosed at age 2. I have been on an insulin pump for about 2 years on an off. I am so frustrated. This AM my pump beeped at me and told me low reservoir and auto off, well I did not wake up so when I did I tested and found myself 410. I am so upset with myself. I had planned to wake up and clean, do a lil exercise, and have a fun day with my lil guys. Now I feel horrible. I could stay on the couch for hours.... Hope to feel better soon :(
