Yeah it has a clip! I cliped it to my sweats last night, but I thought if I had sweats had a pocket it would feel more secure!

Does your pump have a clip so you can clip it to your waistband or pocket? Mine does, so at night I just clip it to the waistband of my underwear. I also have the waiststrap elastic with a pouch (for sleeping nude) but you could easily just get some long elastic and tie it around your waist then clip your pump to it. (much cheaper) My instructor used to sew baby socks into clothes because the pump fits perfectly in a baby sock. Once you start using it, you will get creative when you need to. My son recently got married and I had to figure out where to put it under a long dress so it was still accessible for the meal. I ended up wrapping my waist stap around my knee a few times. That way my calf would keep it from falling down to my ankle, and I only had to lift my dress a little if I needed to bolus. It worked fine. Good luck.

Yes! She comes to you! It's great. She is coming over again next week for a follow up. So I have the pump in, but just using saline. I was so scared at first, but it's actually not that bad. The only trouble I am having is figuring out where to put it when I sleep. I bought some sweatpants today with pockets, which should help.

I was looking online at pump clothes accessories and they have some pretty cool stuff. I am thinking of buying the bra band and the thigh one. Has anyone bought any type of pump accessories? I hope they work good...

So far I am loving the pump! It's a little weird for me still, like sometimes it feels a little sore or pressured, but I am sure I will get used to it.

Your pump trainer comes to you? That's cool! I had to drive an hour and half to get to mine, and then they wanted me back in two days for a follow up!
Good luck with your pump, let us know how it goes!

I don't have the same pump ( I have Medtronic paradigm) but I'm excited for you. I think you will really like having a pump...I sure do. Good luck with it. Denise

I start my pump with symlin (sp) today. My trainer is coming over in a couple of hours. I get to start with the actual insulin on the 27th!

I have the animas ping pump! Anyone else out there have the same one and can offer any advice or tips?

Thanks
