I am starting a 21-day primal challenge on January 1. So my goals are:

1. Eat primal (I already must eat gluten-free, so this is fairly easy)
2. Walk several times a week at the lake in my neighborhood (I'm lucky)
3. Strength training with my Total Gym 2-3 times a week
4. Do sprints once a week (when I walk)
5. Go to bed at a decent hour
6. Dance (for now, using a video)
7. Take my vitamin D
8. Stay away from sugar (my nemesis) emoticon

(I have no affiliation with any primal anything -- I just ran across it recently, and it fits what I want to do right now.)

I want to be stronger both physically and mentally.
In healthy wise, I want to work on improving my strength with the Total Gym. I also want to build confidence and I want to try new activities that I haven't done before. I want to go rollerskating in the winter/spring at a skating rink. I bought some wrist pads...now all I need is the nerve to go do it! (I roller skated when I was young, want to try it again)
In the spring/summer I'd like to try to play Tennis or something like that, for fun, if I can find someone to play with me! I want to have enough courage to put on my new swimsuit and maybe learn how to swim...
I also want to work on improving my nutrition. I don't want to obsess over it. I usually end up eating prepared/microwaved meals at work because I am stuck there...but maybe I can find ways to improve that

Goals:
SW: 280
GW: 150

Current Weight: 195

1st goal: 250 by 10/23/2008 -Goal met September 9 2008!
2nd goal: 225 by 1/18/2009 Goal met January 14 2009!
3rd goal: 200 by 4/16/2009 ---Goal met May 10, 2009!
4th goal: 180 by 6/25/2009----Goal Met!
5th goal: 150 by 10/8/2009

Daily appreciation for what I have been blessed with. A wonderful husband, a healthier lifestyle (thanks to Spark) 2 great kids and a terrific mother-in-law. Loving where I live and loving how I live. Who could ask for anything more? Okay maybe a lot of money, but , oh well, you can't have everything! emoticon
