Walked, as walking is my exercise, mainly because i also have Osteo Arthritis, and it is good for the bones. When you have CKD your bones tend to be weak any way so walking is a great exercise. emoticon

Im starting to take control of my life today. I will take care of me, love my self., be good to my self, I am strong, i can do this.

I walked on the treadmill today for 61 min..2.68 miles. Was having a hard time as fibro pain hit my hip joints since last nite

Walking and running. Building up to a 5K. Also swim 3 days a week and just signed up for a fitness bootcamp.

I walk mostly (treadmill) also use my stationery bike, but my fave

exercise is riding my Harley............

I teach fitness classes at several different locations. I teach at least one class seven days a week, so I always get in one hour a day of exercise. I teach a variety of classes including step aerobics, kickboxing, hi/lo aerobics, strength training, stability ball, and zumba.

WALKING--my dog Lexy takes me for my walks. Usually for 60 minutes or sometimes 1 mile or more what ever i feel like.
