My best recipes are for cookies and brownies . . . probably not what you want to be eating! Morgan (my grandson) ate hummus and crunchmaster crackers almost everyday for lunch, oatmeal for breakfast and rice for dinner. I guess preschoolers don't mind monotony! Now that he can have soy again he is dipping EVERYTHING in ranch dressing!

We'll see what happens...I've always heard the bread was bad,but the kind I got was actually good! But I bought it in a health food store, fresh,& it is way too expensive! Thanks for telling me
about the crackers! If you have any good recipes-let me know! I'm just trying this to see if it will
help the RA-worth a shot,right?

My grandson was allergic to gluten (he outgrew it) and we didn't find it too hard. He was allergic to soy also, that was really hard. I would suggest just losing the idea of bread altogether. The substitutes are not that great! If you need a grain use rice, and if you need a foundation use crackers or rice cakes.
There are some great gluten free crackers out there.
We tried making a gluten free gingerbread house last Christmas . . . talk about epic fail!

I have heard that going gluten free is very helpful for those with autoimmune disease. I'm
hoping to try it though since I have already eliminated meat-it should be interesting! It is
expensive so I will need to find some simple, inexpensive & gluten free bread recipes!
