We try to do a new recipie every Thursday, and all eat together. My grandson is so happy to have Papa and Nana for dinner that we hope he will try something new. He is at that stage where there are about four foods he actually likes, tofu and carrots being two of them.

IT WAS SO GOOD! I think it is on the recipie site as white tofu chili, by yobethie.
I left out the hot peppers as the idea is to get my grandson to try new foods, and replaced the chicken with tofu and the chicken broth with veggie broth.
My husband and SIL put pepper-jack cheese on top, grandson put regular jack cheese on top, and my daugther and I just put black pepper on top.
Really really good, and enough for six people.

Tonight we are trying the white chili from the Spark site. I am changing out all the chicken stuff with tofu - hope it is good!

I liked it a little too much! It had avacado and bananas I guess to replace the eggs and butter...
oh, I checked out your site-sounds like some good recipes!
