Yes! You will! It took a few months for me to really get into it where I felt those endorphins everyone talks about. But you WILL get there.

Thanks!!!
I have upped my cardio time from 2 or 3 times a week to a steady 5. I am determined to make it a regular part of my daily schedule. Right now it takes almost ALL my energy, but I am hoping soon I will have MORE energy!

I use to have a lot of energy struggles (by no means am I perfect now). What I have noticed after almost a year of consistent exercise (cardio 5 times a week) is that I DO have more energy. I didn't think it had really made an impact (I still love naps and around 3pm I tend to really feel like it), but I noticed that I have more energy for physical activity than my friends and family. My BIL, DH, and I took our dogs out for a walk to get them acquainted (BIL just adopted a new dog), and we were out walking for about 90 minutes. They were tired when we got back, and I couldn't understand why we turned around as early as we did. I was ready to keep going (and so were two of the three dogs). This was AFTER I had already gotten in a 5 mile jog.

If someone had said to me a year ago that I would be jogging, I would have told them they should avoid taking drugs, and that there was no way that would EVER happen. Consistency pays off!

I see a more energized you in your future! I'll help visualize the fit and energetic you! We can do this together! emoticon

That's okay - seeing your self as Xena is probably helpful! I want to have ENERGY - something I have rarely had in my life . . . and somehow I can't imagine how it would feel.

I do ok with the visualization, but then I get carried away and start imagining myself doing Xena type feats (so unrealistic)...so I guess I tend to over-dream...hehe..

Well so far I have read and re-read the part about visualizing yourself as you want to be about three times. It is hard to let myself dream, I have failed so many times!

I am still working on the Christmas decorations! But I have started the introduction to the book. I was wondering if we should discuss it on the team page.

I bought it, and it is sitting on my coffee table in the living room. Unfortunately, I have yet to actually crack it open! Maybe later this week--it's been so hectic the last few days (I only just got the Xmas ornaments put away yesterday)...

How about you?
