Almonds. I always get the salt-free ones because, otherwise, I'd never be able to stop. Eating 2 or 3 one at a time will hold off my hunger for an hour or two.

Love to peel and slice cucumbers, then slice them up add a little salt and enjoy. A handful of cherry tomatoes adds just the right sweetness to my snack time.

almonds, you can have as many as fill an altoids container, I keep the almonds on my counter next to the cherry tomatoes. emoticon
