The spark fitness lists have a lot of different entries, but there are lots missing. So, you need to do the best you can.

I would log the workout as a generic elliptical. You have to take your best quess-timate because most machines over estimate actual calorie burn by 20-25%. Let's say that machine says you burned 300 calories in 30 minutes. Figure that's closer to 225-250.

You can also log the workout under aerobics - general (low impact) since it is an aerobics type of workout.

Hey you guys, got a question. At my gym, there is one of those glider rowing machines where you are pushing off with your legs, too. I can't find an exercise for logging that is rowing but not just stationary. I'd use that, but I'm sure it burns more calories. I don't know how the weight or reps would work, it's more like riding a bike and speed...any ideas?
