Thanks for those, Alicia! That first one is pretty amazing-- a TWO-YEAR study! You hardly ever see anything longer than two months. I thought it was also interesting that the ones who went to their counseling sessions lost more, but you have to wonder if it's a chicken-egg question. Maybe they're more willing to go to the sessions if they're having success and can tell the counselor it's working. Lots of food for thought, anyway.
