I haven't been there yet (losing the motivation), but I'm sure I will be one day. I just wanted to offer my support! Just do lots of reading here at SP, that always keeps me motivated. There are some topics about how things are different now that people have lost weight -- those are GREAT motivation!

I agree, baby steps back into it are a great idea. Also, pick just one area that you really want to focus on getting back into, Logging your food intake, drinking water, exercise, whatever and focus on that first.

Keep us posted, we are here for support for each other!!

Just like the beginning, small steps. Start making one change and then another and so on. Make small goals, it has happened to me. You will get back in the groove, just keep going and don't give up.

Aerobics 3 Days wk

I got the stomach flu last week that put me out of commission and from there lost my groove(fitness & nutrition). So, I tried to get back in it Monday - and Lordy, Lordy - I can't find my mo-jo. Do you have any suggestions??
