I agree that we should all do whatever works for us. I weigh daily, but from now on my goal is to weigh weekly. This will be quiet the feat! I weighed in this morning and can't weigh again until Monday. Yikes, can I do it?? YES!

You definitely have to do whatever will work for you and keep you motivated! I weigh myself every day because it's kind of interesting to me to see how things can fluctuate from day to day. I think I may be a masochist...

Minions! I need minions! Barring that, I'll take a non fat sugar free chai latte.

I asked the same question a few days ago. I get discouraged to easily so for me I don't weigh in weekly and besides I don't have a scale. Just once a month is good enough for me.

Much success to all of you!!!

Even if others are weighing weekly you need to do what works for you. A lot of people take measurements weekly, I only do it monthly. I like to see more of a change. So you do it your way. If there is something we can help you with please let us know.

I weigh in weekly. Maybe I should only do it once a month, but like Ravyn, I don't have the willpower. I like to know if I am making progress, or if I need to start doing something differently to lose this weight.

Is there anyone else that has decided not to weigh in weekly? In the past I have focused so much on losing weight that when I did not I would get discouraged and eventually fall of the wagon. SO this time I decided that I am going to only weigh in on my monthly anniversaries. This way the focus is not on weight loss but healthy living. Anyone else with me on this? LOL or am I an ODDBALL?
