Our apartment complex has a little fitness center about 50 yards away from my front door. I like to use that since it strips away practically any excuse I can think of for not exercising.

I use an elliptical stepper primarily as well as a treadmill occasionally. They have a stationary bike, but I find things taht force me to remain standing give me a better work out. When I start back to school next semester I'll probably use it so I can study while exercising.

I also use a multi-station weight machine for strength training there.

Quit trying, start doing!

Well, some of those titles sound pretty interesting! I find that if I can just get started, say to myself I'll do 10 minutes, then I feel like doing more and more. Good luck!

For cardio, I use my dogs LOL. Oh, and we have a Dance Dance Revolution game for our Wii.

For weight training, I use our Bowflex :)

I also have a mommy yoga DVD I do with my baby now and then but I've been slacking big time.

I have a bunch of DVDs to workout with but I get so bored and I stop using them. I have the Strip Tease Aerobics, Tae Boxing, The Biggest Loser, Walk Away the Pounds, Windsor Pilates, Weight Watchers Aerobics, and Yoga Zone. I haven't touched them in awhile though :(

I use the equipment at the gym. I do cardio on the stationary bike and the elliptical machine. I had to work up to the elliptical, it was really akward at first! I also hike, bike, walk the dogs, rake leaves. Whatever I can think of that doesn't hurt my knees and hips.

I belong to Curves but I'm on hold until Nov because of a sprained ankle. I like Curves because it's all women and the conversation that goes among the people is interesting and informative for lots of topics. It's a time to socialize as well as exercise. I also walk with my husband. I look for opportunities to move like parking at the far end of parking lot, etc. I often have a battle and need someone to push me to exercise but I try to remind myself how energetic and good I feel after I exercise - those endorphins, maybe!

Absolutely! Mowing is a big part of my workout, I can't believe I forgot to mention that! It's listed on the cardio exercises.

At home, I have quite a few choices, but most used are my two feet!

I have resistance bands (varying levels of resistance), resistance tubes, stability ball, step bench, ramp, weight bench, weighted balls, hand weights, bar bell with weights, ankle and wrist weights, Abs Belt (Leslie Sansone product), and lots of DVDs and videos. I also have a jump rope, yoga blocks, a bicycle in need of repair, and a pedometer (used every day). There's probably more I'm not thinking of!

At the fitness center, I have most everything you can think of available to me, and am slowly but surely trying out new-to-me equipment and activities.

My feet! emoticon

My sister has an elliptical machine and a treadmill that I'll probably start using when the weather gets worse.

I do have 5 pound hand weights but I haven't been using them yet.

Right now I'm just loving the outdoor walks!

Right now the only 'equipment' I am using are Moe and Joe. LOL I take walks through our neighborhood with my toddler every night after dinner, and we also take the kids to the zoo often and walk walk walk. I use the ab workout on tv, on demand thingie.
I've been reading about resistance bands and I think they sound like something I want to try.

I was wondering what types of equipment if any people are working out with and how they like them!!

I currently own 3 weighted balls, 5lbs, and 2- 2lbs.
A stablility ball. Resistance bands. Twist board.

I also have two "Walk away the pounds" videos, several different types of yoga videos, and a tai chi video. I also have a stability ball video. Weighted balls came with a video, but haven't checked it out yet.

I love the stability ball and weighted balls. Haven't really used the resistance bands as I just got them. Twist board is a bit boring to me, but the kids love it.

Oh, I also have 5 lb hand weights and 2 lb hand weights.
