The nutrition tracker is my favorite, followed very closely by the blog ... I like to shout it out when I have some success or some major insight, like I did the other day about food being like money.

I really like reading people's blogs, and seeing stats, etc.

The nutrition tracker is telling me about protein/fat and I realized I wasn't getting enough on WW, and also that I am not doing enough weight training!

If I had to pick just one, it would be the discussion boards. They are awesome. Not only are there so many people, but they are QUALITY people. Very helpful and sincere. :)

I also really like the nutrition and fitness tracker though.

YOYO, you're "laxative" chocolate idea is brilliant! You can bet I'll be implementing it in about four weeks. :D

Thus far, if I was forced to pick one, and only one, feature that I loved the best from SP, it would be the nutrition tracker. Two weeks prior to finding SP, I was doing it all by hand on a chart that I made in excel.
I love everything about SP, so I'm glad I don't have to choose just one.

I know what you mean by the PMS chocolate crave!
This is something that has always helped me. I buy a bag of the Sugar Free Dove Mint candy (indidually wrapped) and keep on hand. Because of the sugar alcohol, if you eat too many, it will act like a laxative. When I need some chocolate, I allow myself 2 pieces a day. The scare of the "laxative" effect "FORCES" me to stick with only 2 and like, WYOKATHERINE says, savor it and let it melt in your mouth. I have no side effects from 2 and everything is then fine in my world.

I love the nutrition tracker too. At first I was a bit overwhelmed but now that I'm figuring things out I'm having a ball. I'm a vegetarian so I love that I can add foods that aren't in the database. The first few days I was cutting all the nutrition labels off packages of food I eat but I've found that I can usually find that information on the internet.

I think my next love will be the fitness tracker. I can't wait till I've recovered from some foot injuries and can seriously get back into exercise.

Yup, I'm talking about the small, Halloween-sized bags. I was near the top end of my calorie range that night anyway, and they were /peanut/ M&Ms, which I think made it worse, since nuts are such fatty, high calorie snacks (although, at least they have some nutritious value, too).

I have been here since January 29th 2007. I love it now as much as I did in the beginning. Spark has changed my life. I feel so much better, I look better and I can keep up with my kids better. The summer was hard for me. Lots of BBQ's and ice cream etc. But I got through it slowly, a few pounds a month. So if you have a slow period don't worry about it just keep plugging along.

I guess I am picturing a fun size of M&M's the small halloween size. Maybe I'm wrong in the assumption.

You all are doing so well. I'm so proud of you guys. I can't wait to hear your thoughts in about a month and how you feel.

I love the tracker, too, but I also really love the motivational articles/tools. I'm such a "pat me on the head and tell me I've done well" type of gal, finding ways to get myself excited and stay that way is a huge help.

Minions! I need minions! Barring that, I'll take a non fat sugar free chai latte.

I too love the tracker. I had absolutely NO idea on the amounts and I'd "guess". That's why I always failed and/or gave up. This is the best thing. It's almost become a game to me to plan out my "perfect" day the night before. And I agree about if you absolutely are craving and can't seem to get over it, maybe a half bag instead of whole will do the trick. I've found that sometimes if it is choc. that I crave, if I really savor the flavor by slowly allowing it to melt, that it only takes a couple of KISSES to do it for me. If you think about it, we stuff them in our mouth as fast as we can and don't enjoy the flavor, so we HAVE to eat a bag to satisfy the craving.

I've had failed diets full of denying cravings, so I've definitely learned my lesson there. Still, maybe next time if I'm running out of calories I'll only have half a bag.

My favorite is meeting all the great people here.

Spooky remember if you are really craving something, sometimes it's just better to have it and move on. Though it put you over on a few things in the long run it may have saved you. I in the past off not had what I am craving and instead ate a bunch of other stuff and in the end had what I wanted in the first place. So I think you did great.

Oh I know! I can't believe how badly I used to eat. But that's exactly why I love the nutrition tracker so much. Seeing those numbers really changes the way I think about food.

I also love the nutrition tracker...but I am absolutely embarrased when it makes me think about the amount of food I used to eat! I am not eating nearly as much as I did, and I am not hungry. I have no idea where I was putting all that other food I ate!

Anyone else here totally in love with the nutrition tracker here? One of the problems I'd have when I was dieting on my own was that I didn't /really/ know how bad/good anything was for me. Last night I had a fun sized back of peanut M&Ms (hello, PMS--I was seriously craving), thinking it was such a small bag, it couldn't possibly be all /that/ bad for me.

Of course, then I plugged it in, and while it did help me reach my daily protein goal, it put me way over on calories and fat. Now, of course, I'm not happy that I went so far over on these things, but actually seeing those numbers makes such a huge difference in the way I perceive what I'm eating.

What are all of your favorite features?
