Isn't subway great? I had Chick-fil-A for lunch. I ordered my sandwich on a whole wheat bun and then didn't eat the top bun. I also added lettuce and tomato. No mayo or ketchup added. Then for dinner I made Salmon Casserole. I know eating out can be part of a healthy diet, but I tend to splurge, it's just too tempting for me! Here is an article to help with eating out:

Things going well here too. We are going to have soup for dinner tonight. Had subway for lunch. Never add the oil or mayo so it is pretty healthy. Good job everyone for such great planning.

Meals are planned for today and either fish or chicken for tomorrow (both thawing in fridge). We won't be going out. My exercise is planned, too, so I think I'm pretty well set. I want to have another great week on the scale.

Hi Katie, how are you doing? I know the waiting can be difficult.

SwimZ21 - We are also trying not to eat out as much. We used to eat out all the time,... that is how I gained 20lbs!! I am actually enjoying eating at home more often now...smaller portions, healthier, and I just feel better. Sometimes we just have to get out, though!! I try to bring some of it home so I do not eat so much. That was sweet of your boyfriend to make you such a healthy breakfast last weekend.

Anyway, so far, this weekend has been pretty good .. I have stayed on plan thus far.

My boyfriend and I have recently made a goal to eat out no more than twice a week... (saves $$ and calories! haha) We love eating breakfast out on weekends but we've decided to make a switch - he inspired me last weekend by making me Golean cereal with sliced fruit for breakfast. This weekend, we have planned some meals and hopefully we can stick to it!

Since my yet-unborn daughter seems to be a bottomless pit the last few days, I've decided I have to eat the lowest-calorie (but nutritious) foods I can find until she's born so I can handle the constant hunger! No goodies for me this weekend!

Not sure what the weekend holds. Tonight we had pizza but I only had once piece. Tomorrow we may go bowling and so that won't be a problem. I think I may make some chili on Sunday. Hope everyone has a great weekend.

Are you ready? Do you have a plan? I've finally made some progress this week and that gives me incentive. I will count the calories, plans meals and most importantly for me NOT eat out. Good luck to you!
