4. Make 1/4 pound emoticon and 1/2 pound baby wrist weights

I did pretty well on my May goals and will continue toward my 21 in 21 for June.

One Day at a Time:
1) walk/ride 30 minutes
2) organize something in my home
3) keep carbs below 50
4) sew 1 bobbin full
5) make someone smile

May 2021 DID NOT DO HALF OF THEM. BETTER LUCK IN JUNE.
1. Lose 2 pounds
2. Read 2 chapters each week in my supplements book.
3. Contact 2 new people and talk about oils.
4. Sew 7 hours per week.
5. Do the diet and exercise challenge
6. Drink water when I have a snack attack.
7. Have ice cream 1 time per week
8. Phone 3 friends each week
9. Clean 1 kitchen drawer per week
10. Keep sewing area cleaned up
11. Make soup 1 time each week
12. Make fish 2 times per week
13. Make 1 meatless meal per week
14. Have breakfast for dinner
15. Go to the pool 3 times a week
16. Get rid of all gift bags
17. Clean lower desk drawer out
17. Go through craft supplies
18. Get 8 hours of sleep per night
19. Soak feet for magnesium push
20. Date night once a week
21. Write a gratitude journal

I'll continue with my list.

1. Complete 2 quilt projects this month.

2. Do something in my sewing room (piece, sew, quilt, organize) for 21 days every month.

3. Use up 21 yards from my stash will just keep track of it as projects are completed.

4. The "Quilting Rockstar" course by HollyAnne Knight.. I'm putting this on hold for now.

5. Complete the FMQ book by Lori Kennedy. I'm putting this on hold for now.

6. Complete 2 projects from my projects list this month.

7. Declutter for 5 - 21 minutes for 21 days each month.

8. Do Fly Lady tasks around my home for at least 21 days each month.

9. Purge and organize emails.

10. Purge and organize my computer files.

11. Organize my chorus files.

12. Organize my paper files or desk top.

13. Lose 2 pounds this month.

14. Make 2 recipes this month either new or revisit an older one.

15. Track my food for at least 21 days each month.

16. Get 8 hours of sleep for at least 21 days each month.

17. Exercise for at least 21 days every month.

18. Read 2 books this month.

19. Research my genealogy.

20. Practice my music for 21 minutes for at least 21 days this month.

21. Go on 2 outings with DH.

I'm continuing with my 21 list:

1. Sell, donate or toss 21 items from my office.
2. Move 3 boxes out of storage.
3. Toss 21 pieces of paper each week for a total of 84 (I'm starting on the filing cabinet this month). (8 so far)
4. An extra $21 to the emergency fund each week for a total of $84 emoticon emoticon
5. Add 21 items to my shopify page.
6. Sell 3 Mystery Boxes
7. Sell 84 items this month (60 so far).
8. Make 3 clothing items.
9. Finish binding paris quilt and Axl's baby quilt.
10. Finish 3 tea towels.
11. Complete 14 quilt blocks.

13. Take 3 bubble baths emoticon
14. Bake 2 new cookies
15. Take a day trip
16. Try 2 new healthy recipes

I'm going to continue on my 21 in 21 list for May.

1. Lose 4 pounds
2. Complete 2 quilts, 1 UFO and 1 new top
3. Take 3 hikes
4. Meet 2 new people
5. Do 1 secret acts of kindness
6. Donate 2 items to charity
7. Clear 2 items out of my house every month
8. Work my sewing room
9. Exercise 1 hour 21 days each month
10. Save 1 dollar every day
11. work organizing photographs
12. Wait 21 minutes before eating snacks (thanks Linda)
