Here's my progress on my goals:

1. Complete 2 quilt projects this month *** Only 1 completed
2. Do something in my sewing room (piece, sew, quilt, organize) for 21 days every month. *** Only 7 days
3. Use up 21 yards from my stash will just keep track of it as projects are completed. *** 0.72 yds
4. Start the "Quilting Rockstar" course by HollyAnne Knight. *** Bought fabric for the class sampler.
5. Complete the FMQ book by Lori Kennedy. Wait until finish Quilting Rockstar. -- On Hold
6. Complete 2 projects from my projects list this month. emoticon
7. Declutter for 5 - 21 minutes for 21 days each month. *** Only 7 days
8. Do Fly Lady tasks around my home for at least 21 days each month. *** Only 13 days (but I did the weekly housekeeping chores!)
9. Purge and organize emails. *** Only 2 days
10. Purge and organize my computer files. *** Only 2 days
11. Organize my chorus files. Organize past year tax forms. emoticon
12. Organize my paper files my 2020 papers and my desk top papers. emoticon
13. Lose 2 pounds this month. emoticon
14. Make 2 recipes this month either new or revisit an older one. emoticon
15. Track my food for at least 21 days each month. *** Tracked for 30 days emoticon
16. Get 8 hours of sleep for at least 21 days each month. *** Tracked 29 nights. 8 hours - 10 nights; 7.5 hours - 14 nights
17. Exercise for at least 21 days every month. I will do the squat challenge Bev posted. *** Only did them for 14 days.
18. Read 2 books this month. *** 0 books read
19. Research my genealogy. *** 0 time spent on this.
20. Practice my music for 21 minutes for at least 21 days this month. *** Only the 3 days we had rehearsals.
21. Go on 2 outings with DH. *** He/we didn't go out riding around this month.

Well the end of January is here for my Weight Watchers weigh in so:

January for me:
Eat 3 fruits a day----- Most days
Do squats everyday------had to stop a week ago, causing to much pain.
Sew 5 times a week------- only3times
Lose 2 pounds------- lost 3.4 (last weigh in I was up a bit)

January for me so far:

Do squats everyday------Every other or I can't move the next day
Sew 5 times a week------- only 4 times
Lose 2 pounds------- lost 4.5 already

Halfway through January update:

January goals are:

End of January: updated

1. Wait 21 minutes before eating a "cheat" food. (haven't really done this)
2. Eat at least 21 freggies a week emoticon
3. Track emoticon except maybe 4 days.
4. Lose 2.1 pounds at least this month. emoticon --need to keep that going.

1. Track more (at least 21 days)
2. Lose 2.1 pounds, at least. (I gained weight in February--this has to stop)
3. Continue to exercise 3 to 5 times a week
4. Work on organizing sewing room better.
5. Continue to put together my Grassy Creek tops and get ready to quilt them.
6. Quit mindless snacking.

4. Meet 2 new people (2)
5. Do 1 secret acts of kindness (2)
6. Donate 2 items to charity
7. Clear 2 items out of my house every month (3)
8. Work my sewing room (yup)
9. Exercise 1 hour 21 days each month (14)
10. Save 1 dollar every day (30)
11. work organizing photographs (not yet)
12. Wait 21 minutes before eating snacks (thanks Linda) (two times)
13. Blog weekly (2)

My january goals are to:

Eat at Ruby's daily for salad
Get the healthy eating system set in concrete.
Lose 2 lbs. I would certainly like to lose more but I know my body likes to hang onto fat, no matter what I do.
Walk Wally daily.
Sew the Katahdin bag
Sew up # 7 on the SPQ list
Sew up the Sumer Sampler.

Pursue the things that make you feel alive and fill you with joy and balance.!

In January I will be working on 21 in 21, but not all of the items I have listed. I will do parts of several items. Anything item that I don't have listed but work on will be a bonus! I do best when I focus in on fewer items. I have printed out a copy of this for my notebook so I know what I have selected for January.

#1: Cut and start the Gypsy quilt which uses 21 FQ plus a setting fabric.
#5: Start a pattern from a book. I am going to use my Kaleidoscope book and tool. This will
be a putsy quilt. The book does have multiple hints.
#8 Walking goal for 21 days.
#9 Plan to do exercise video 8 days this month (doesn't meet goal, but it is a start!)
#10 Work 2 jigsaw puzzles (it is a good time of the year for this)
#11 Make 3 batches of soup.
#12 Make one new recipe
#13 Make two less often made healthy recipes
#14 Purge/sort some of my email inbox
#20 Dusting/cleaning part of this goal.

January Goals:

1. Discard 21 items from my office space. emoticon
2. Go through 2 boxes in storage and either put away or get rid of items.
3. Clean out all 3 closets and get rid of 21 items (4 gone so far)
4. Toss 21 pieces of paper each week for 4 weeks. emoticon
5. $21 to our emergency fund each week for a total of $84 emoticon
6. Add 21 items to my shopify site
7. Sell 84 items this month emoticon
8. Sell 2 mystery boxes
9. Make 2 clothing items
10. Bind Axl's quilt and send 1 quilt to the quilter.
11. Finish 2 tea towels
12. Complete 7 quilt blocks (this should be quick).
13. Read 5 books emoticon
14. Take 2 bubble baths!
15. Bake 1 new cookie
16. Take a day trip to Oklahoma Railroad Museum in Enid. emoticon
17. Lose 4 pounds
18. Try 2 new recipes from SparkRecipes. (1 so far - Garlic Shrimp Pasta)

22. Complete the squat challenge (I only missed 5 days on this and those days I did some of the squats). emoticon
