My November Goals:
1. Lose 3-5 lbs. emoticon Lost 14 lbs!!
2. Walk 30 min 4-5 days a week. emoticon too sick to exercise
3. No morning snack emoticon
4. At least 10 of 20 Pajama pants made - got 4 made

My November goals were:

1) exercise 45 minutes a day (except on work days)
2) start strength training twice a week (once a week)
3) lose 4 pounds (yup)
4) finish 2 baby quilts (finished 1)

Ok, so November wasn't great, but did make progress on my weight. I'll take it.

2) organize something in my home
3) keep carbs below 50
4) sew 1 bobbin full
5) make someone smile

November goals
eat 5:2 - stick to it!
clear off my sewing desk (a bigger job than it sounds)
figure out how much fabric and find somewhere to order fabric online (Canada)
try walking for a few minutes each day if shoulder will allow me
track food daily

November Goals
1. Lose 2 pounds so far going the wrong way!
2. Move more everyday dropped the ball!
3. Sew 3 times a week not done
4. Eat more fruit YES!

2) strength training twice a week minimu
3) lose 5 pounds
4) finish Amazing Grace panel quilt and get 2 quilts to the quilter.

My goals are to

1.finish Enterprise's quilt and bind the Gunslinger's quilt.
2.refocus on eating a vegetable based diet and avoid the cocoa bean. While delicious, it isn't my best friend.
3. up my step goal 500 steps a week.
4. plan a way to meet with the kids for Thanksgiving
5. make masks and send to nieces and SIL and nephew.

My October goals were:

4) finish the Christmas Zipper quilt (done)

Well October was a mixed bag and I really need to get serious. I know, I say that every month. But I am tired of feeling "blah" so often, so gotta do it.
