August goals
Get serious about losing again and adhere to BLE food. And not get bogged down when hubby goes to the store and brings home donuts. CArol

My July goals were:
1. Lose 3-5 lbs. -- Lost 2lbs
2. Walk 30 min 4-5 days a week. Some weeks only did 3 times because of weather.
3. No morning snack emoticon

My August Goals:
1. Lose 3-5 lbs.
2. Walk 30 min 4-5 days a week.
3. No morning snack

We won't even discuss July goals!

August goals:

Lose 5 pounds.
Exercise at least 4 days a week, if not more.
Track at least 4 of 7 days a week
Work on something "quilty" at least 4 x a week

My March goals are:

1. Track more (at least 21 days)
2. Lose 2.1 pounds, at least. (I gained weight in February--this has to stop)
3. Continue to exercise 3 to 5 times a week
4. Work on organizing sewing room better.
5. Continue to put together my Grassy Creek tops and get ready to quilt them.
6. Quit mindless snacking.

Starting fresh for the month of August:

1) Exercise 20 minutes a day
2) Strength train 3 days a week- need to get my back strengthened back up
3) Lose 5 pounds
4) Finish cleaning out the shed and get it moved. (I'm finding really fun stuff in there!)
5) Bind Axl's quilt

My July goals were
1) Exercise 45 minutes daily (almost every day)
2) Strength train 2 days a week (yup)
3) Lose 3 pounds (yup)
4) Finish my friend's quilts (yup)
5) Stay healthy (just barely made this one)

My, the years just keep flying by. August starts our family holiday season. We have 4 birthdays, and 3 anniversaries. So this usually begins our eating season. I will also be working every Monday and Tuesday till the regular pharmacist comes back from maternity leave. So I'm gonna have to work harder this month.

For August my goals will be:

1) Exercise 60 minutes a day
2) Strength train and stretching 3 days a week
3) Lose 4 pounds
4) Finish purple Thinking Outside the Box
5) Finish the Toilet Paper quit for retreat.
