My goals for July are:

Get to the next level of points in SP.
Start weighing more.
Eat more green leafy veg.
Exercise 10 min. a day

I forgot to do June goals. June was a crazy month (haven't they been for awhile!)

My July goals:

1. Lose 3-5 lbs.
2. Walk 30 min 4-5 days a week.
3. No morning snack

My goals for July are to:

1. Lose 5 pounds (starting 224.8)
2. Track, track, track
3. Exercise at least 10 minutes EVERY day.
4. Finish the 2 quilts on my design wall.

I have no idea what my June goals were but I'm not making any progress on weight loss. I'm up 1.6 from June 1 to July 1. This has got to stop.

July goals:

1. Exercise 5 days a week
2. Stop evening snacking
3. Lose 3 pounds

My March goals are:

1. Track more (at least 21 days)
2. Lose 2.1 pounds, at least. (I gained weight in February--this has to stop)
3. Continue to exercise 3 to 5 times a week
4. Work on organizing sewing room better.
5. Continue to put together my Grassy Creek tops and get ready to quilt them.
6. Quit mindless snacking.

My June goals were:

1: At least 45 minutes exercise daily (bout half, but got 30 every day)
2: Stick to nutrition guidelines, and no soda (most days)
3: Finish the trail run quilt tops (nope)
4: Quilt my friend's 2 tops she sent me (nope)
5: Stay healthy (did this one)

Spending time between two houses has taken it's tole on me. I"m not getting the exercise I need, and I'm eating way too much, especially at mom's. Gotta find a way to control my life better.

So, for July my goals are:
1) Exercise 45 minutes daily
2) Strength train 2 days a week
3) Lose 3 pounds
4) Finish my friend's quilts
5) Stay healthy

One Day at a Time:
1) walk/ride 30 minutes
2) organize something in my home
3) keep carbs below 50
4) sew 1 bobbin full
5) make someone smile
