My goals:

Track all my food everyday
Increase water intake

May goals were

1. Track (probably 4 of 7 days a week accomplished)
2. Exercise 5x a week emoticon
3. Lose 3 pounds (my weight on May 1 and June 1 were exactly the same)
4. 5 fruits and veggies daily (probably 5 of 7 days a week)

June goals:
1. Track
2. Exercise 5x a week
3. Lose 1# (Evidently I'm not working too hard on the tracking that I'm staying the same)
4. Continue with the 5 fruits and veggies daily - try to do it all days a week!

My March goals are:

1. Track more (at least 21 days)
2. Lose 2.1 pounds, at least. (I gained weight in February--this has to stop)
3. Continue to exercise 3 to 5 times a week
4. Work on organizing sewing room better.
5. Continue to put together my Grassy Creek tops and get ready to quilt them.
6. Quit mindless snacking.

May goals:
1. Lose 3 lbs
2. May UFO project (appliqué)
3. MKAL shawl
4. Return to gym 2 days a week

May goals were a mixed bag. Lost 1 lb, UFO isn’t quite done but I technically have until Saturday when the meeting is held. Hopefully I’ll be done. Finished the shawl. Managed 3x a week at the gym.

June goals:
1. Lose 3lbs
2. Walk / Ride 6x week
3. Gym 3-5x week
4. UFO project TBD
5. Learn brioche stitch in knitting

My May goals were:
1: 30 minute walk daily (almost every day)
2: core strength exercise 3 days a week (nope)
3: stay in nutrition guidelines (most days)
4: sew both trail run quilt tops (almost done)
5: stay healthy (so far, so good)

I guess over all my May goals were not so bad. Could have been much better, gotta get my head right. Mom's garden has really taken off and will soon be producing lots of tomatoes and squash, then green beans and okra. So I'm gonna have to spend more time helping at the farm. June is going to be hard, but gotta get my head and heart in the right place.

My June Goals are:
1: At least 45 minutes exercise daily
2: Stick to nutrition guidelines, and no soda
3: Finish the trail run quilt tops
4: Quilt my friend's 2 tops she sent me
5: Stay healthy

One Day at a Time:
1) walk/ride 30 minutes

3) keep carbs below 50
4) sew 1 bobbin full
5) make someone smile
