Positivity certainly helps IMO. Few people have a life free of detours, roadblocks, speed bumps. So often those can throw us off-track and it's often very difficult to get back on track (as I speak from experience..having that exact issue right now). Here's a short SP article that is helping me get back on track (and of course, I'm doing it with a positive attitude).

I've been reading lots of motivation articles to get me out of a Sparkslump. Positive input helps me stay on track. Today's video clip on SparkCoach team reminded me how important it is to think small--to take whatever small steps are possible and build on them so you get into a pattern of success, not more failure.

Select wellness article, then when it goes to a particular articles they are recommending you read, go to the far right under wellness articles and select "see all". When you get there, select emotional health. These are some articles that deal with positive thinking rather than negative: "Optimism and the power of positive thinking", "the power of gratitude", and one on the effect of negative thinking called "Why do we beat ourselves up?" In my one stress busting group they have articles to read on stress. I thought articles related to positive thinking might be good for this group. Also recently I read a health news article on teenagers who are grateful. Teens who are grateful tend to suffer less from depression.
