60 minute cardio class today...worked up quite a sweat. Isn't it supposed to get easier? Actually every few weeks they change the workout so your body doesn't get used to it.

Cardio circuit today and our instructor really challenged us!! Changed the whole hour up and pushed us....tired and a little sore but it was really good for us!

I feel SO much better when I exercise...so why do I find excuses not to do it?
