I like that I can put almost any food into the tracker and get some nutritional information. Although, I have found you have to be careful, not all items have the info you might need.

Part of the beauty of SparkPeople is that there are so many great features to help keep you motivated and on track. But it can be a little overwhelming! Let's use this thread to talk about some of our favorite features of SparkPeople and share our knowledge with each other.

One of my favorite features of the site is the Goal Board. You can access it from your Start Page by scrolling down to Step 2. There's a link toward the right where you can personalize your board. I try to review mine every day. It really helps keep me focused on why I'm doing this!
