Thanks for sharing your story! I had been tracking my food and lost 32 pounds but hit a plateau then got off track and regained 6 pounds. Back to tracking my food again, and I am just starting to add exercise. I am not giving up and not going back. Hearing other people's successes is very motivating. Keep up the great work!

Wow, Running now trying to prepare for a 5k using RunKeeper App. First run 17 m Miles, This Morning 14:45 Mile. Now lost 75 Lbs. I love Hiking, I am setting up 6 hikes for My Church this Summer if anyone wants to Join us Test me.

Also Started at 300lbs, this morning 225. I am diligent about keeping my food tracking real, even if I don't like what it looks like on paper. I am Diligent About keeping up with my exercise, I may be over Calories one day but the week looks good and the results are working. I want to encourage every sparker out there, THIS is the best approach to keeping it real and Loosing weight. Honestly Track your Food, Honestly exercise, get out an Move. If you are not Honest about what you track or Move the only person you are Cheating is Yourself.

I have had so many come up to me and ask me how I am Loosing the Weight. I simply say diet and exercise. I don't want to insult anybody, but at Breakfast Saturday setting with a Good friend who is a good man, He asked me the same question, with a Plate of Breakfast that was probably 1500 Calories. I feel like Honesty to ourselves is so, so important.

Do the Work, track your Food, be Honest and you will be rewarded.
