It's been a while since I've really worked at keeping our ErieSparkers group active and interesting ... it's time for me to apologize ...

Starting today I WILL try harder!!!
One thing I have learned is that the strength of this team comes from all it's members, so I'm hoping all of you will take the time to help with some reorganization of our team. I'm looking for more leaders ... there are so many areas we could use help.
Some things you might think about
1. New Team goals (ours haven't been changed in several months)
2. Team challenges - daily
3. Team challenges - weekly
4. Group challenges
5. Planning walks
6. Posting Outdoor activities in the Erie area
7. Planning a team picnic
8. Motivation/inspiration
9. Weekly/monthly newsletter to members
10.Come up with more ideas to keep everyone interested and on track!

I would love to see our team strive to become healthier by exercise more, eating right and supporting each other along the way. It is nice to have people to share our successes and failures with along the way.

If you have any ideas, suggestions, or can help please let me know. I know it's been said that too many cooks spoil the broth, but if we have several people each take on a specific job, we can work together as a team.
