missed the beginning of this one--I'l try next week.--even thou I do drink 8 glasses dail, and try to be within the calorie range, and sleep--the 5000 steps is a far reach

SORRY ... I posted this under the wrong Forum ... Go to the Challenges and Other Adventures forum for this challenge.
Here's another mini challenge to keep you on your toes. Start and finish by weighing in. I'll post results on Saturday 1/17! This weeks focus is on sleep and staying within your calorie range while keeping active.

Points:
8 cups water = 1pt
8 hrs. sleep = 1pt
In calorie range = 1pt
Every 5000 steps = 1pt (approx. 2600 steps in a mile)
each pound lost = 1pt
