What about doing the "Exercise of the Day" that SP features in the right hand margin everyday?

Or try one new exercise from each- core, upper body, lower body- in SP fitness.

Sounds wonderful, I'm in!

Some possible ideas for the challenge:
-Do 10 wall-push ups or calf raises everytime you go to the bathroom
-Add an extra 10 minutes onto your cardio work out for the day
-Make one healthy Sparkrecipe a week
-If possible, don't sit for longer than 15 minutes at a time (get up and move for at least 1 minute every 15 minutes)

Becky, do what you can. If you can't, so be it! We need a cheerleader. When do you head down-under? How long will you be gone? Have a wonderful trip, take lots of pictures, and let's get together when you get back. I've always wanted to go to Australia. Enjoy!!!

Sorry, but I'm not gonna be able to join in on December's challenge. I'll be busy getting everything ready for my trip to Australia & I know I won't be able to give my full attention to my buddies! I'll try to check in with everyone though- maybe do some all around cheerleading... emoticon

In the mean time, I'll put on my thinking cap for some extra daily challenge ideas for December's BIO Challenge! emoticon Good luck everyone!

You can sign me up also. How about 5 min. or 10 min. of exercise every time you go to the bathroom or get up from sitting.

Sign me up Lynn. I need someone to really push me and get me going again.

How about 5 min.of exercise for every time you eat? This is on top of the regular exercise.

Hi everyone ... I had a new idea for our December challenge but I'll need a lot of help with ideas to set it up. Instead of teams, I thought it might be fun to work with a buddy(s) ... to
emoticon "Count Down to Christmas." emoticon

Each day will be a new mini challenge and there will be only one site to track progress on.

I'll post a completed 25 day list of daily activities that everyone will copy and paste on to their own message. Each day (or 2) you just stop in and edit your message to update your progress. You will pick your own weigh in day during the first week ... but you have to weigh in on December 24 to end the Challenge.
The help I need from everyone is coming up with 25 ideas for mini daily challenges.

Every day will be water and calories ... but I need one more activity to track. all you will do is put an x on the line to state you completed that activity for the day ...

Here's and example:
12/1 _x_ 8 waters; _X_ calories in range;_x_ bootcamp day 1
12/2 _x_ 8 waters; _x_ calories in range; _x_ 10 wall push up each time you use the bathroom

Your buddies will be your biggest support during the challenge ...

So what do you think??? I would like to have ideas and sign ups by Friday Nov. 28 so I can pair up the buddies ... maybe 2 or 3 ... depends on how many sign up. I want to make sure we all have a buddy for this challenge.

If you know anyone that might have fun with this let them know ... I will post a spark mail letting the other team members know.
