If you are eating healthy those numbers are right where you should be. I have had to up my calories...but I eat clean and am in maintenance mode...plus I do zumba every day for an hour!

As long as you are eating the right foods, i don't see a problem with those numbers. Keep up the good work.

Just remember that TOUGH TIMES don't last...but TOUGH PEOPLE do !!!!

Just a note to wish everyone well! Hope you are all hanging in there. I'll be the first to say it, I'm getting tired of winter! Yet, I still live in nortwestern PA!

Today was an ok day, yet I am so tired! I think that "time" is approaching. Emotionally I always get so down on myself. How about the rest of you? Do you have tough times? How do you handle them?

I do have a question, SP recommends 1200 to 1550 calories a day, that seems like so much to lose weight. I know that I don't want my body to kick into "starvation" mode by eating too few calories. How do I really know how many to eat? I keep it close to the 1200 instead of the 1550, but will that end up being too little?
