Hello ADRIEMCC

I'm understand how you feel...I think we have all been in your shoes at one time or another. And I know that you will be able to get yourself back on track...you just need to remind yourself why you really want to do this. You say you want to be healthier...so ask yourself why do you want to be healthier. You might say it is for your family. Why is it for your family. You might say so you can watch your kids grow up. Why do you want to watch your kids grow up...

Do you see where I'm going with this. You have to keep asking the why until you get to the very most important reason for doing this. Just to say you want to be healthier isn't going to motivate you.

For me...I want to be around for when my grandchildren get married. I don't want to miss a day of my kids' lives. I want to make a difference in the world.

Am I making any sense? It might take some type and you are going to have to dig really deep inside. But once you find out what it is...write it down and post it everywhere you can see it! Then just decide to do whatever it takes to reach your goal.

I would like to invite you to join my team, Making Life Happen on Purpose...we are a very positive, motivated and supportive group. There is a wealth of information there. We started a new challenge the beginning of the month, but you can join in any time...as it really is a personal challenge.

We focus on clean eating...which is what got me past my original goal. I reached my goal in October and have maintained even through the holidays.

I hope to get this team more active...and then maybe down the road we can even meet locally to help support one another!

I hope this is helpful...please give me a shout if there is anything I can do!

You can do it...believe in yourself and reward yourself for the great things you do everyday...tomorrow is a new day, a new start!

OK, I'm going out on a limb here and hoping someone will read this and contribute some quality advice. Since around the end ov November, I have been without motivation. I see pictures of the thinner me, I remember the real reasons for wanting to lose weight (be healthier, feel better, live longer); but I can't stick to the healthy regimen that I thought I had down pat before November! I can't find the motivation to get my workouts done, my chocoholism has gotten out of control, and as a result I feel like a slug. I was (am) the leader of another SparkTeam and a very active member of another... but now I feel like I am letting myself down, as well as others. What can I do to get myself back on track? I've been gaining weight back the past few months and desperately need something to set me back in my place! PLEASE HELP!!! emoticon

Think you can, and you will.
