Today I started my day with a well rounded meal and I hope to continue this trend through out the rest of my day. Activity has been tough for me this week but I am determined to work on it every day.

Yesterday I went off the wagon a little, ate a whole box of Junior Mints!! But I think it was emotional eating so I can just take a step back and work on my emotions and realize today is a new day!

Today I am under calories but I also slept in so I already screwed with my day a bit. At least I can have a small snack later if I get hungry.

I think I really did well with calories, if I had woken up on time I would be perfect with my calories because I have enough for breakfast and a snack.

I had an English Muffin with home canned tuna, green beans, and watermelon, for Lunch. For Dinner I had Pasta with home made tomato sauce, salad, and a chicken sausage. I even got desert in the form of these new dark chocolate cookie 'chips', that I found in the supermarket today.

No activity today but tomorrow is a new day!

How did everyone else do today?

Sure; in the end we are the only one who really has a reason for us to control or lose weight!!

Even though no one is looking over your shoulder you really should post what you do. It is amazing what a great motivator it is when you review your activity and calorie intake for the day.

I find I check what I have eaten for the day when deciding whether I am going to eat that ice cream bar or have a drink. If I have used my target for the day it is much easier to pass on eating or drinking something that puts me over the top.

The same thing works for me with my activity. When I post what I have done it just makes me want to do a little more.

Posting what I eat and what I do is the most important contribution I get from Spark. Try It if you don't already do so.
