I would suggest drinking more water. I heard hot water is good to fill you up (like broth or soup befor meals) and that cold water is good for hydrating.

It is hard for me too!

Make sure there are no hidden calories like fat that you may not be aware of.

I've lost almost 30lbs and am hitting a snag and could use some advice from the other sparkpeople. I exercise daily and do an hour of cardio a day with 4 days of ST mixed in. My weight loss has slowed and I have had little to no loss in the last 3 weeks. Am I burning too many calories? Do i need to eat more? I don't feel hungry when I consume my recommended calories so I feel like that is not correct. It seems this slow down of loss always occurs at this weight and then I get discouraged and fall off the wagon. I enjoy the exercise and don't feel it s obsessive thing. I look forward to going to the gym or jogging or whatever activity it is. So any suggestions?
