So far, so good. Staying around 1500 calories daily and burning 3000 exercise weekly calories. Most of my exercise is on the golf course. I am finding it hard to get to the Y more than one time per week with running to Mom's a lot these days and picking up the grandsons three days each week my life is busier than it was when I was not retired emoticon
